	Daniel Hess - After nearly a lifetime of dancing around the periphery of filmmaking, Daniel Hess is finally doing what his passion dictates. From a beginning in stage work, grip work in feature films and directing for the stage, he progressed through the fields of broadcasting, corporate video and advertising to filmmaking. A Renaissance man of sorts, he is a fully qualified audio engineer and director of photography, and now a fledgling director. He, along with Ben Greenwood, started White Light Studios in 2001.
		Ben Greenwood -Ben has a history in web design, graphic design, location sound and animation for the web and 3D. White Light Studios was started in 2001 by Daniel Hess and myself as a way to make original films in Northern California. My background in web design includes knowledge of javascript, Flash, Shockwave, Photoshop, HTML and XML programming. My study of fine arts has spanned over ten years in Illustration and painting. He has worked on short films and current feature films providing location sound and production assistance.
	Adam Weis - Adam graduated from Chico State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. He joined White Light Studios in 2003 as a screenwriter and associate producer.
